Purpose: An initial kick off meeting to introduce everyone, review the scope of the grant, and to create some working groups

- Do not need to be restricted to the current 5 counties
2:35pm-2:45pm – Haiku Range Overview – Sentek Team
- The Haiku Cyber Range
2:45pm-3:00pm – Discussion and brainstorming to create initial working groups, create initial tasks

- 20 Hours of training material to prepare the students for the competition
- Focus on basic Security+ and Network+ skills
- Each year there will be a theme
- Carry over key material and adjust to support the theme
- Use open source material
- Need material for training the mentors (Train the Trainer)

- Support community college competition hubs
